The inquiries are rolling in.... And, the questions on all you trend hopping jihadists’ minds is “What in the hell does Underground Live get out of keeping great entertainment showcases a secret from the average consumer?”
Actually, I have seriously thought this completely through. We get absolutely nothing from it... Once you have solidified yourself as legendary folklore amongst the gods and goddesses. And, they aspire to enter the realm in which you reside, then there is no set purpose of not elevating the commoners. We are not in this for overnight celebrity, love or money. Most so-called promoters (you know, the fly by night ones), come with a show of great proportions only to deliver the same entertainment from yesteryear. Underground Live acknowledges such efforts as futile to the existence of an exquisite brand. If we were a denim company, why would focus on creating faux “vintage” denim. Instead, we would give you authentic high quality denim with all the best materials possible, designed using the best techniques and crafted to superior wearing dimensions. We are about elevation. Underground Live does not intentionally exclude people from our events. We try to educate the masses. Elitists we are not. Our mission is to cultivate the human condition with art greater than the combined soul power of all the world creative geniuses. An impossible feat for most, but those that strive for it will prevail. Our perseverance and dedication to reach the masses will be the crown of thorns adorning our heads. Shall Underground Live reap the benefits of reviving urban culture?!
Underground Live does not desire to capitalize on your current taste. We are trying to evolve your taste and cultivate your taste. We know that Hip-Hop isn’t dead because UL is still alive and kicking. Underground Live is ushering in the next stage of Hip-Hop culture. We invite you all to join us on our ark about to embark on the new frontier.
Our journey will not only be through sound, but through a cultural paradigm of self-discovery. Don’t conform to our taste. Force the world to understand yours.
How much better do you want or desire your entertainment to be? Or, do you want it to remain dead like those that believe a culture can die because it’s music has regressed into uninspiring and unimaginative soul food?
