Exposing My Wife...

This UNDERGROUND LIVE experience isn’t for the lover of Hip-Hop, but it is for those that LIVE it day in and day out without missing a beat in their swagger.

The ability to expose good music that most people haven’t heard of or know about.  We want to get passed the fat and bring you a chiseled hard sound.  As tastemasters and tastemakers for soundscapes, we want to bring to the forefront what “we” like outside of mass culture and counter culture.  This is an invitation for people to experience the culture in its purity-- in its rawest form from Hip-Hop’s original creators.

To most people, they can live Hip-Hop and kill Hip-Hop.  They can be Hip-Hop today, but be Punk Rock tomorrow.  They can switch trends.  For young African-Americans, Hip-Hop isn’t entertainment.  It is the evolution of our experience in America.  Gospel> Blues> Jazz> Rock & Roll> Soul Music> Hip-Hop is the skin of the African-American spirit.  If you prick it, it bleeds.  “We” appreciate other communities for accepting what we deliver as art forms.  But, it is disheartening to “us” to see people turn it on and off like it is nothing more than an extracurricular activity.

“We” want people to internalize our attitude because once we evolve from Hip-Hop to the next thing to buy our attention.  “We” want you to overstand why digging to the root.  Digging deeply UNDERGROUND is important....
